Joan Voni Saman
Local Director & Operational Liaison
Based in Abuja, Joan Voni Saman executes the critical localized governance necessary to fulfill stringent energy regulatory presences. She holds a B.Sc. in General and Applied Psychology and a Diploma in Psychology from the University of Jos, Plateau State.
Her robust professional experience includes serving as a Research Assistant for the Population Council and the Society for Family Health in the FCT Abuja, where she led data collection using ODK, data analysis, and the selection of target locations and populations alongside donors. Furthermore, as a Counsellor at the Faith Alive Foundation, she conducted extensive monitoring and evaluation of patients.
She leverages her demonstrated skills in planning, implementation, execution evaluation and assessment, multi-tasking, and adaptability to lead community stakeholder negotiations, secure Tripartite Agreements, and manage operational logistics for Eos Kratos LTD.
